I love this quote because it says volumes about the OCD that exists among B2B technology firms fixated on the customer side of the brand experience at the expense of what the office environment says to your employees and everyone else who expeirences your workplace. Most people do not want to work in a lousy, dull environment. It's one thing to be economical its quite another to have it distract from making an emotional connection to your brand as you can see from the Googleplex shots below.
